vMax is Veristone’s newest loan product, designed to help investors who can’t afford to wait on equity tied up in other projects as new investment opportunities arise. vMax loans allow borrowers to roll their down payment towards a future purchase as soon as their initial investment is formally listed on the NMLS, additional requirements are 20% down and a minimum 620 FICO score. The goal behind this product is to provide investors with access to their next property (auction or non-auction) sooner than if they had borrowed using a standard product, such as a Bridge or Fix & Flip loan. Loan fees are calculated based on the initial drawn note amount meaning once a partner draws on their available vMax funds, they are not charged any additional fees. Interest is charged on the drawn balance.
vMax example ($200,000 acquisition/12% Note Rate):
By putting 20% down ($40,000) and receiving a $160,000 loan, $40,000 in vMax funds will become available towards a future investment as soon as the initial property is listed on the NMLS.
